PCIe 6.0 protocol validation tools handle 64 GT/s

A cable-free protocol analyzer and exerciser from Keysight enable PCIe 6.0 protocol and Compute Express Link (CXL) validation. The P5570A analyzer and P5573A exerciser cards operate at up to 64 GT/s (PAM4) with lane width options of x4, x8, and x16.

The PCIe 6.0 specification released by the PCI-SIG supports the higher data traffic and bandwidth requirements of data centers. As new products operating at speeds up to 64 GT/s emerge, companies will need test equipment to validate PCIe 6.0 compliance and ensure interoperability with other PCIe 6.0 designs. The P5570A and P5573A allow semiconductor, computer, and peripheral makers to complete silicon chip, root complex, and endpoint system verification in a real-time development environment.
